1988 ford F150, 4.9 liter 6 cyclinder, manual trans.
I'm not getting any spark at the spark plugs or from the coil (except for an occassional spark where the key is turned off). I've replaced the coil, distributor, and ignition module. I have 12 volts at the coil and module when the key is in the on and start positions. I've check for continuity on all of the wires except for the 3 wires from the module to the control units.

I don't know what else to check or look for. Would the control computer prevent the system from firing?

Any help woudl be greatly appreciated.
