Brakes problem
1988 Ford F150 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic n/a miles
ok,this is a off road vehicle with 44 inch tires and no brake booster, just the master mounted to the fire wall. Lines run down to the transision value or thats what i call it and then to front discs, no back, there plugged off. The master seems to blow out the back chamber and lthe pedal fades. question is , does the master need the booster? And does bigger lines from the master to the splitter valve make any differance in operation. And would a non booster master cylinder be better then the stock that came off the booster. And last, are the tires size a issue?
