I just bought the truck and got it cheap because it needs repairs. I bought a new battery which went out a day later after I had it tested, thankfully I have a warranty on it so I got a new one. The 2nd battery lasted about 2 days and the same thing, got another one thank god for warranties. I pulled out the alternator and had it tested and it was bad, I noticed that the belt was cracked and old so I replaced the belt and put the new alternator in along with the new battery and new terminals. I drove it all day long with no problems so I assumed the problem was solved. I assumed wrong. I went to the bank killed it, when I tried starting it back up the battery was dead so I jump started it. I noticed that none of my turn signals or hazards were working when I drove it home. I parked it and figured that I would let it run awhile to charge the battery back up, but it died out on its own. Is there a bad ground somewhere? Something wired incorrectly? Thanks!
