I have replaced the starter, selenoid, battery and alternator on my truck and it still won't start. I have bypassed all of the sealed fuses near the selenoid just to see if that's what the problem is. All it does when I try to start it is just click. Any ideas?

Double check all connection and have the ignition and clutch switch tested.

Try this jump the battery terminal and the S terminal on the starter relay-did the starter engages.

pull the cap off the distributor and have someone crank it over and check to see if the rotor in the distributor is moving or not if not it's about a 99% chance that the timing gears are stripped for that year truck ford made the timing gears out of a synthetic material.
