i am getting spark from my coil, but from my cap and rotor i have nothing, so i replaced the cap and rotor and still have nothing, what could it be?

I believe there is a pick up coil in the distributor. Check there and let me know what you find. Also, is the rotor turning when you crank the engine?

i dont know about that but there is a tfi module there with a pickup circuit in it, and yes my rotor does turn when you crank the motor over

Hi:
Does the truck have CA emissions? There was a recall on the TFI. You may want to replace it and try it.

no it doesnt have cali enissions on it, but i have heard about that and the diagnostics machine says pickup circuit failure and profile ignition

I would try replacing it.
