My truck failed smog in California. The HC and CO were just out of the maximum. The 25 mph test for HC was measured at 136 ppm and the maximum allowable is 103 ppm. The 25 mph test for CO was measured at 1.17% and the maximum allowable is 1.10 %. It passed the 15 mph test in HC,CO, and NO. Could you help me figure this out? The mileage is on a new engine. Thank You
