1980 Ford F-100 Won't crank

Won't crank, no noise, no nothing, battery fine headlights won't come on changed solenoid won't fire won't do anything has recently an interior turn signal light that would not shut off. Weird.

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

With the age of your car, it is not included in our Mitchell 1 data base so I can't pull up a wiring diagram, with that said, we can do some fault finding anyway, so start with the battery fully charged and load tested, terminals clean tight and no pitting inside the clamps, power at the main starter terminal, (12V) power at the solenoid with the key on start, if yes to here and no start, check starter, if no power to solenoid with key on start, check transmission isolator and ignition switch, start here,
