I have a Ford explorer 4wd with the 4.0l sohc it has about 173,000 miles. I have replaced the temper ture switch and check the heater core both are fine. You can change the air flow from defrost to feet but still blows cold

Hows the coolant level in the radiator-heater core/hoses do they pass coolant. Could be a blend door or an actuator. What year is it and I'll look into it.
