Brake Caliper Bolt Torque specs

I have a 2003 Explorere, 2wd and need the torque setting for the front caliper bolts.

Im' sure I could lookm it up...but I have never seen anyone tourque a caliper bolt. Just tighten it with a 3/8th ratchet. You don't need to kill it!
