2003 Ford Explorer feels like sterring is sticking

2003 Ford Explorer 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 165000 miles
at 60mph plus it feels like the sterring is sticking. almost like u might loose control. the sterring responds but it feels lkie it is sting and the car feel like it is floating

Have you had the steering components checked such as tie rods, ball joints, pitman arm...?
