2003 Ford Explorer a/c heat door
Air Conditioning problem
2003 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 60000 miles
temp control stuck on cold does not adjust to heat and makes a clicking noise , you can see the door is sticking and causing the clicking noise. why is door not moving and what is the common repair. all of the modes work ok like def, billevel, floor, ect.

Thank you for the donation.
The heater control valve is actuated by a vacumn switch. Check switch operation and vacumn line leakage.
