Hi I have a 2000 ford exploer sport . my ploblem is that it runs real rough in the morning in cold weather. warm weather it dont do it . it runs fine when after it warms up. someone told me it was the idle air control valve. About 4 years ago I put one of them on because it would'nt run unless you have your foot on the gas pedal, but it ran fine otherwise. I want to no is it anything else that could make it run like this.
Thanks Albert Bagby

Hi mrbag9, Welcome to 2carpros and T for the donation

Try cleaning out the mass airflow sensor and also test the throttle position sensor, also test the engine coolant temperature sensor-
