WHY DOES THE FRONT END SQUEAK WHEN TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL BACK AND FOURTH LIKE THE BUSHINGS NEED TO BE GREESED

Chances are you are right. There are most likely rubber bushings that are causing the noise. Also, dry ball joints can do it too. IF there are grease fittings, check them. Finally, check the tracking bar bushings.
