i HAD THE PROBLEM 1 TIME BEFORE AND CHANGED THE FUSES. IT WORKED GREAT FOR ABT. A MONTH. I AM HAVING THE PROBLEM AGAIN. TRIED CHANGING THE FUSES AGAIN WITH NO SUCCESS. PLEASE HELP
