My 1997 eddie bauer explorer sometimes won't start. there is no power at all to the dash or to the starter although at time the lights on the dash do come on with the abs light on. but the car still won't start with no power to the starter. A couple of times after trying to start the car for a while I stepped on the break and the car all of a sudden started. a couple of other times I turned on the headlights and the car started. The car acts like it's possessed, the door locks will on there own go up and down at a rappid and none stop pace. you can hear very faint electrical noises when this happens like it's trying but not much happens. Than at some point after trying and trying the car will start again as if nothing has happened. Thanks, Alex
