My truck has over 240000 miles and everytime we go over a bump or get into the vechicle it makes a squeking noise. The vehicle has new shocks and I replaced the stabilizer bar but that didn't stop it. I think it is the lower control arm bushings. It also makes the nosie sometimes when I turn the steering wheel, but it always make the sound when the vehicle hits any bump or any slight movement in the cabin.

Did you replace the sway bar bushings with the sway bar? Try spraying the control arm bushings with WD40 or an = product. Also, check tracking bar bushings on the front.

Let me know what you find.

Joe,

I replaced the the sway bar and sway bar bushings but the sound is still their. I will try spraying the control arm bushings with WD40 and willl see if that stops it. But if it doesn't what could it be?
