1991 Ford Explorer brakes go to floor after stoping

My brakes work good but if I ease to a stop or sit for a while they go to the floor. Could this be the master cylinder or booster?

Master cylinder, or a leak someplace.

Its the brake master cylinder its leaking internally-replace it make sure you bleed it properly
