In June 2006 with 115K miles, the rear end almost sat on the back tires. I took the vehicle to a Ford Dealer who diagnosed and replaced the air ride compressor and relay. Now with 123K miles - I have the same problem again. I don't tow and that is not a lot of driving in 11 months (8K miles).I want to take it back to them and complain. Please advise.

Ask them why it is still sagging in the rear. Sounds like a small leak or maybe a level sensor? Might even need bags

The dealership is indicating it might be a solenoid problem.
