Does the security light come on when you turn the key? If not, have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the smaller wire on the starter. You should have 12 volts.

Let me know what you find.

I had it towed to a Tiresplus by my house, they said it was a blown fuse. I went to pick it up and it was making crazy noises when the mechanic removed the key like it wanted to key running. He put the key back in the ignition and without engaging the starter it kept on running. At that point they realized that something obviously caused the fuse to blow in the first place so I left it for them to work on today. I'm hoping this is something simple like a relay or starter issue.

Any thoughts or suggestions I can pass on would be appreciated.

Did it sound like it was dieseling? (like from bad gas or a bad knock sensor?)
