2002 Ford Expedition Engine runs very ruff no power

Come from a trip I came up a hill which made the car down shift at the top of the hill as it shifted back to drive it started missing really bad and no power.
I got it to my shop and read the codes this is what it said.
P0355 Ignition Coil E Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected

I changed the coil E but still the same.
I think it is running like it's only hitting on 4 cllys...
I haven't gone though all the trouble shooting
This thing sounds bad.
