2001 Ford Expedition No start, stall

2001 Expedition had intermittent crank but no start then start right away condition. Now it won't start unless pressing accelerator, but stalls after letting off pedal, can sometimes get it to weakly idle at 400 - 500 rpm. Fuel pressure checked and good, no vacuum leaks found, no fault codes present, gauges sometimes "peg" when turning ignition key, any help would be appreciated

take off the air intake hoses and clean out the throttle body and take off the IAC, the pintle should move around freely also there should be no scoring in the housing or on the IAC itself. if not replace it.
