i was replacing a passenger side mirror. I was also replacing a window regulator. I did not unhook the battery. I had the radio on and somewhere in the process the radio went out and the car will not start. There is a taping in the audio relay and the powertrain control module. I replaced both and still won't start. When I turn the ignition on the radio and other circuits work for a bit then shut off. Everyone once in a while the engine will crank once or twice and shut off

check the fusable link under the hood with the headlight relays. You can try disconnecting the battery and leaving it off for a couple of minutes then rehook it. This may help reset the computer in case a wire had been crossed.
