The oil pressure indicator is shows no pressure however sometimes when I am on driving on highway, it shows the pressure for a period. Not sure if it is electrical problem.

Please advise how I should proceed.

Hi there,

More than likely this will be a faulty oil pressure sender, so i would get the oil pressure tested with a master gauge as this will give you a true indication as to the engine oil pressure, if OK, replace the sender unit. start here.
