Anyone know the issue here? I checked the control. The heat knob has been replaced and is not cracked. Any advice is appreciated!

So its blowing cold air no mater what temp setting u have on
suspect blend door actuator
which is very common

also you may wont to check the heater core hoses under hood if both hot and they should
if not or on hot and the other not than heater core need to be flushed
