Suspension problem
1998 Ford Expedition Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi, I am having problems with my air suspension in my ford expedition. The air suspension pump comes on exessivley when it does work. The suspension light comes on and off sometimes. And when the pump should come on it doesnt all the time. The pump is brand new along with the front air suspension struts. What could be causing this? Is there any tests to perform? Any help/info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

I have a expedition as well. My light keep coming on and off. But my whole air suspension went bad. You might just have a slow leak in your air bag to make the pump keep coming on and off like it is doing. But I recommend Strutmasters. Com it saved me a bunch of money. I had to fix my whole air suspension for under a grand verses taking it to a dealership and paying 3 to 5 grand.

It could be a slow leak in one of your air bags making the pump run off and on. I had to replace my whole air suspension for my expedition. The dealer told me it would be 3-5 grand verses I paid under a grand at Strutmasters. Com for a conversion kit with a lifetime warranty. I don't ever have to worry about the air problems again.
