Hello,

In order for a coil to keep going bad in such a short period of time, there has to be an underlying cause. That can be high secondary resistance due to worn spark plug or excessive gap in the spark plug.
It can also go bad if the engine runs lean for extended periods of time.
However the most common cause is bad plug.
Check and verify that the plug on that cylinder is in good shape and gap is correct.
Visually check for any build up on the spark plug.
The gap should be 1.3 to 1.4 mm (0.051 - 0.055 in).
