Battery for my 98 Escort

I just replaced my car battery. And there is no power at all. Lights, radio, anything let alone starting the car. I had the battery checked and it's good.
What might be the probem.

Check all your fusible links maybe at the starter relay or in a power distribution box it has to go thru there to get inside the vehicle.

Double check all connections make sure it clean and tight to include the relay/and starter battery cable terminal
