2001 Ford Escort 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

the emergency brake doesn't work and I just change the front and rear brakes.

Were the e-brakes working prior to your brake repairs? If so, inspect the e-brake cables at the rear wheels. You may have disconnected them and did not re-install them correctly.
