1999 Ford Escort lack of power

Hi, My wife has a 99 ford escort sohc, I just replaced the EGR and the DPFE and thel hoses to them and gave it a tune-up but the car still runs bad when you first take off, the engine light is now off, it did have a p0401 code then I replaced these parts. Is there something im missing. Thanks for any help

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking, fuel filter or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
