My brake lights - including the third light in the rear window remain on after shutting the car off. In order to get the lights to turn off I must remove the 15 amp fuse under the dash. In order to get the car in gear (it will start) I must replace the bulb before I can move the gear shift. The fuse appears to be in good shape. Thank you for any assistance you can render.
