My service engine soon light flashed a few times then stayed on. My car was low on fuel when the car started running rough. I added fuel and the car seemed fine until shortly after during driving. The car doesn't exibit the problem at idle, only during driving. What should I do?

Your fuel pump strainer probably clogged up from exposed to low or no fuel in tank, you may have to get it inspected and serviced and meanwhile replace the fuel filter and get tank cleaned.
