Boy do I have a wild one for you! My GF's Escort has lost power to the instrument panel, brake lights and turn singals. I checked all mini fuses and found the "meter" to be broken. I replaced and the front turn signals and instrument panel came on, but the fuse quickly blew. In addition, I unplugged the wiper motor because it will not turn off when I plug it back in. I assumed a relay was at fault but none control all the features. Should I be looking for a short? Any ideas would be really appreciated!
