COOLING FAN
The cooling fan (and high speed cooling fan on A/T) is controlled by conventional fan coolant temperature switch(es) and relay. The PCM controls cooling fan during A/C operation.

ALAS, I have found the problem!!! I found the main hot wire which controls the fan was corroded and broken on the bottom side of the fuse box under the hood!!
