My car seems to bog down and shake whenever i go up a hill or after turning but it doesn't do this every time. the RPM's start to go around 2000 when they should be around 2500 this is when im going around 50-60. today i put the pedal to the floor and got nothing. seems like the engine isnt getting gas. so was wondering if it is fuel pump/filter related.

Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
