1995 Ford Escort heater core

Is there a short cut to removing the heater core or do you have to remove the instrument panel to gain acess to the core. The core is leaking slowly on to the EEC. And the acess is poorly though out. Thank you brad.

No, there is no shortcut's. You will spend more time and work trying to get it out without pulling too many things. And in the end, you end up doing the way you should have the first time.
