My car battery is brand new, all the connections are clean and secure. However, the only thing that will turn on is the headlights. What could be the problem

i would check the alternator (advanced auto parts tests them for free), also could be the fuel injector/fuel filter/fuel pump. if you havent replaced your fuel filter in a while i would do that either way, it gets clogged and is a lot harder on your car.

also could be a fuse for any of those, check you fuses to see if any are blown.
