Had a cold snap and when I went to start my escort it would not turn over. Checked battery and checks ok, Checked all fuses and clutch switch,all checked out as ok. Figured it was the starter so I replaced, but the engine still will not turn over, Lights on dash light when key is turned, headlights work, appears to be getting plenty of juice. Any Ideas as to what to check next? I'm stumped!
