Besides sparkplugs, are there in line fuel filters that need to be changed? Car is hard to start sometimes so I would like to get it taken care before cold weather. Is there anything else I can look for a general tun-up

At 100,000 miles, its a good idea to replace the coolant, plugs, wires, fuel filter and PCV valve.

Theres just one. The filter is cannister style and located under the car, on the driver's side, about even with the rear door.
