Also check the Maf sensor, if you can cover the hole in the airbox and it smooths out then it will be your mass airflow sensor which unfortunately is about 245 dollars.

I was having the same problem to. It is misfiring cause of a leak in your intake. It stops after about ten minutes because the seals warm up and get a good seal back in it. Replace your upper and lower intake seals and also check you outside vaccum lines to make sure they do not a a leak, cracked, or just real worn out.
