Stabilizer bushings in I beam

Hello, I dont know how to press the new bushigs in to the beam. Please help. Thanks and god bless. Dave 1994 ford e 350 van 7.3 diesel

I have done several, and doing it without a press this is what I have done. Use a very big vise, or a ball joint press if you have one. I have also used a "C" clamp. But you are better off taking it to a shop so they can press it for you, for a small fee of course.
