2002 Ford E-Series Van Car stalled driving

Without warning or any other problems, car just stalls on highway and will not restart. Has to be towed. Could it be a fuel pump, or something else?

Hi:
It could be anything, but it does sound like a fuel pump or filter problem. To start, I would check the fuel pump pressure both before and after the filter. Let me know what you find.
