1994 Ford E-Series Van help! Wont start!

When I turn the key I hear the fuel pump and the fuel pump never shuts off, when I turn the key the rest of the way the motor turns over but never actually starts. It seems like its not getting fuel. I just replaced fuel filter 3months ago. The van did sit for 3 years prior to changing fuel filter after changing fuel filter the van ran fine for the last 3months. Any suggestions please would help

Check for spark or fuel pressure.

IMHO it's easier to check for spark.

A couple of things. One is you need to have a fuel pressure gage installed and see what the fuel pressure is. Second, when cranking is there spark while cranking?
