1991 FORD E-SERIES VAN

I have changed fuel pump, fuel filter, checked lines and when weather gets warm and I drive the van it will start to vapor lock , surge and sometimes quit. The temperature gauge does not show the van warm and I cannot figure out what else it could be. It has the 460 7.5 motor in it.

Inspect and test all the following listed below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
