car won't start and jumps while driving

I have a 97 Crown Vic LX the car won't start after sitting and whithout spraying starter fluid in it, car also jumps when hitting a bump on passenger, it also dies at red light sometimes, seems worse in the rain. at idle after it starts it runs perfect, changed plugs,wires, fuel filter and air cleaner car has 106,000 on it
