1997 Ford Crown Victoria

I have a 1997 crown victoria that shudders or acts like it is not getting enough gas when the gas pedal is pressed when the car is at a full stop at a stop sign or red light. The dealer said that the transmission needs to be flushed and the fuel filter has not been changed in a while.

Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
