car will not start-has 40 psi fuel pressure on fuel rails but no signal to injectors-what controls this signal?

The car computer controls the signal. But check if all the connection to the fuel injectors didn't become loose.

If I could ask, how did you go about testing the pulse of the injectors. They should have positive current supplied full time with the key on, then negative current pulses during cranking. If you do not have a constant current, start checking fuses.

check the injector wire on your battery.when i changed batteries i put the extra wire to positive it goes to neg
