On the way home after a meeting the car suddenly started to run rough while in gear. It runs normally in neutral and park. I changed the spark plugs and wires due to code P0300 with no effect - might be running a little rougher than before I changed the plugs. The first time I had codes checked it was only P0308 but after the plugs were changed the codes were P0301, P0302, and P0308.

I suspect that the problem is either a vacumm hose, coils, or fuel injectors. Any other possibilities?

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:
1. Defective spark plug.
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
