i have an 2000 contour that wont kick over ive done some maintence such as check batterie terminals, checked spark plugs, and tried to check fuel line filter. Could this be a pump issue or fuel filter problem. When i took hose off fuel filter seemed to have gas draining from it but with car on it doesnt seem to be comming out any faster, should it. Also with key in on position should i hear the fuel pump running or is it only with car is running.
