1999 Ford Contour Erratic idling

I am currently working on a '99 Ford Countour. I have just replaced all of the spark plugs, plug wires, timing belt, air filter, oil and oil filter, fuel filter and it is still idling very erratically. I hooked my OBDII scanner up and I don't come up with any codes. What should I do?

For a start check the PCV and EGR valves and also the idle air control valve/motor and vacuum leaks. Possible the valve timing is off a notch or 2.

Check fuel pressure might not be within specs.
