Engine Cooling problem
1998 Ford Contour 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have a 1998 Ford Contour that was overheating. I have changed the thermostate as well as the Waterpump but I am still over heating. I fill the tank and in just a few miles it is gone. It doesn't appear that I have smoke or steam coming from my tailpipe. And my oil is not chocolatey or foamy. I have had the hoses checked and pressure tested. People are now telling me it still can be a cracked head gasket or cylinder, or possibly I need to check the electric cooling fan. Would water dissapear from the radiator tank if it was a problem with the fan? Also, would my wiring or sensors create overheating in any way?

If its not leaking anywhere and there's no milkshake in the oil crankcase its got to be burning in the cylinders due to blown headgasket or cracked head or block or intake gasket
